Project one
Community Entrance and Access Improvements
This proposed project would redesign and enhance our community entrance while preserving the welcoming character of Lindbergh’s Landing.
A smoother welcome home
The concept includes separate entrance lanes for residents and guests, improved access-control equipment, updated gates, refreshed landscaping, and a more attractive entrance presentation.
Separating resident and guest traffic could improve convenience, reduce congestion, and provide more efficient and secure access to the community.

Runway Paving and Improvements
This proposed project would evaluate paving and improving our community runway to create a smoother, more durable, and better-maintained surface.
A paved runway could improve usability, drainage, appearance, and long-term reliability while helping protect one of the defining features of our aviation community.
Before moving forward
The community would evaluate engineering requirements, drainage, environmental considerations, aviation safety standards, permitting, maintenance needs, project costs, and available funding options.
